Darlene Komorowski is the founder of DK Staffing Solutions.She has her BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University. The first 5 years of her career she worked as a Tax Accountant/Auditor for local CPA firms in New York.
In 2001, Darlene changed her career to recruiting for tax and audit professionals. She joined Michael Page International which is a global agency recruiting firm specializing in placing accounting/finance professionals.During her time at Michael Page International, she placed mid to senior level tax and audit professionals with the Big 4, Regional CPA firms and Corporations in various industries. In addition, she assisted in creating the first public accounting team in North America for Michael Page International which is still in existence today. In 2004, PricewaterhouseCoopers approached Darlene to join their organization as a National Tax Recruiting Manager. She was responsible for recruiting International Tax Services, Mergers & Acquisitions, Transfer Pricing, Expatriate tax, State and Local Tax, Corporate/Partnership tax, Federal Tax Services and other various special niche tax groups. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, she took initiative to create various recruiting networking events for Diversity Recruiting and Alumni JD/LLM recruiting to assist in recruiting goals across the US. At this point in her career, she has decided to bring together her knowledge of agency and corporate recruiting, expertise in recruiting qualified candidates on a national/global basis and to offer organizations assistance in enhancing their brand to the external market through recruiting networking events to achieve their recruiting goals.
